I can double booth 7 times now to make up for the lost week, right?

Just wanted to try out the NightVision on the new cam, but I might not be up in two hours. I'll keep the double posts to a minimum. This thing is so much better than the Logitech I had before. I may try to do some kind of stereoscopic thing now that I have 2 functioning cams. Have to find the software to blend the two pictures, but it might be a cool project.

To say I've been busy would be a complete understatement, so let's just skip it. Sorry DB! I am a week behind on my daily pics, but I'm not ready to throw in the towel. I went on two interviews yesterday (thus the haircut). H had been saying for a week that I needed to get it cut in her cute little 6 year old ways.

I have spent the last week wrestling with OpenOffice.org, trying to get it to format things correctly and consistently. For some reason, I closed out the docs I was writing and the headers and footers messed up. GRRR! I ended up deleting them because the clock was ticking on getting on the road. Sometimes no matter how smart it seems to use open source software, you wind up failing on the grounds of semantics. I should know that after using this stuff for 10 years. Maybe it's my coaches from Junior High Basketball instilling the need for follow-through. I just don't know. I found myself exporting the docs to PDF to guarantee the formatting stuck. <insert some comment about how it's better than the M$ alternatives to save face> I would get better quality posting on Wordpress than using OpenOffice.org at this point. Maybe I'll start doing that.
