In the "Cuz you gotta have a hobby" category, I've been working on a customized desktop theme now that the dust has settled from Ubuntu 10.04. Here's a screencap from a tool I found called Shutter, It really is a pretty awesome operating system. I've tried other distros, but I keep coming back to it.
Houston, San Antonio, Houston, San Antonio... Spend my weekends bouncing between the two lately. One of these days, I might actually take some photos from the Riverwalk or The Alamo, or somethin. This trip's highlights: The kids are quickly getting rounded up for the fourth, Toby made the trip with us in the truck, and I got some more sun. Cool stuff!
I officially declare this drink awesome! Everybody vote for the white Mtn Dew, cuz it'll make me very happy to find this everywhere. I've only found it in 2 gas stations down here so far, but it kind of reminds me of "5 Alive" from when I was a kid. Cool stuff.
So, I tried to send this via my phone earlier, but I think the messaging gateway on VZ is trashed. Unless anyone else is having trouble, I'll blame them for a change. lol
Gonna spend the weekend with my girlfriend. Maybe I'll convince her to step in a few shots on here. :)

Had a great time in San Antonio yesterday. It was a Texas summer day, so it was hot, but that wasn't entirely due to the sun, either. :)

Sorry about the subdued light in this one. Trying to keep the bright lights to a minimum after a largely outdoor weekend. The sun was blazin today! Made it all the way to 97 according to my car. The humidity does wonders for your complexion, but check out the curls! I'm just going to stop fighting and only pursue women that like em. hehe,
Anyway, I hope everyone had a great weekend and I hope all of you experienced the same. Back to the grind for 4 days, then it's playtime again!
It's finally the weekend! Spent a couple hours baking in the rays this morning. We've finally finished the fourth season of soccer! Monday starts British soccer camp, which will be a total blast!
Well, we are off to the bookstore. Going to try and find a copy of Alice in Wonderland for bedtime and H wants some more Rainbow Fairy books.
Might fire up the grill tonight, maybe some bbq chicken. Haven't had that in forever!
Decided to take one in the morning this time, when my hair's not so wild. LOL. Everybody have a great day!
Oh, the fun we will have this weekend. Managed to beat the bank to closing tonight, making all kinds of new friends, things are looking up!
