New tires today, beautiful weather,,, you know what that means. ROADTRIPS!!! I am going to hit the beach, book a bunch of weekend trips, mostly shake the dust off and do some exploring. Just got a new camera, it's time to hit the road!

Sleepy for some reason today.
Experimenting with the little reading light on my laptop desk. Haven't found a good use for it other than as a spot when I am using the webcam on this laptop. It's got 3 LEDs in it and I darn near blinded myself with it when I used it this way.
Anyway, I am attempting the Carravagio method with a webcam and an LED light. Pretty soon, I am going to start experimenting with lighting on my real camera. Do I have a desire to be an artist? Nah! I am just looking for cool things to take pictures of. I enjoy architecture more than art in a lot of ways. It's just so much more practical.
Still sleepy, but must make it to soccer pictures on time!
Good Morning, Sunshine! I used to hate it when I would be woken up by my parents flipping on the lightswitch. There I was minding my own business and BAM! A thousand suns blazing in my eyes, I try to be careful about doing that to my daughter, but occasionally, forget.
This one's for the people with kids out there: Do you have any things you try to avoid subjecting your kids to as far as their daily routines?
