It is officially Fall as of September 23rd, and I am more than happy for my favorite season to arrive. Things are a little different on the Gulf Coast, however. It just gradually begins to cool off. You don’t really see a wild change in leaf color. Oaks and pecans lose their leaves, but not much else.
